Pursuant to the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism Art. 21, Page 1, OG 130/17, we inform the esteemed consumers that if they are not satisfied with our services, they can submit their complaints by mail to the registered office address, by e-mail, or by entering in our Complaint Book inside the facility. We will acknowledge receipt of the written objection without delay in written way and respond to the objection within 15 days of receipt.
