BLACK SHEEP

The Black Sheep is the winner of the national annual Simply the Best! The Baška Festival received recognition in the category of eno-gastronomic contents. The Simply the best award was given to the Black Sheep for the quality and creativity of the event, which enriches the attractiveness of the destination's tourist offer with its diverse diversity and specific gastronomic offer. The awards are traditionally given by UHPA - the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies and the travel magazine Way to Croatia.

The popular festival of gastronomy, popular culture and sports Black Sheep, won the award in the category of eno-gastronomic facilities. With this, they paid tribute to Baška's lamb, the main star of the Black Sheep, and the entire festival today at the PUT tourist exchange, the oldest Croatian B2B tourist meeting.

The organizer of Crna Ovca, Studio Conex, sponsors hosts the Tourist Board of Baška and Baška and the main sponsor Valamar Riviera, as well as all caterers, travel agencies, associations, clubs, friends of Crna ovca from the municipality of Baška, point out that preparations for the next Black Sheep already started and, as every year, they have only one goal - to surpass themselves.

Numerous employees of tourist agencies, providers of tourist services, hotels, restaurants and tourist boards rejoiced with the Baška sheep at the award ceremony in Gradac, and the Black Sheep promised them an unforgettable time.

FISCHERMAN'S DAY

In Baška since 1910 and the first competitions in pulling nets, we are developing the event of Fishermen's Day, which every year delights many visitors who through it get involved in the long tradition and heritage of Baška.

Music and many educational and fun activities for all generations will fill these traditional "Fishermen's Day" with a good mood in a special fishing spirit.

BIG FEST (BAŠKA INTERNATIONAL GUITAR FESTIVAL)

A three-day event held in August at several locations in Baška. The festival is attended by local and foreign guitar virtuosos.

As part of the festival, a small school of guitar playing is organized.

A lot of young students who acquire the first knowledge, and those who are more advanced, present the learned knowledge at the final evening.

BAŠKA OUTDOOR FESTIVAL

As part of the Outdoor Festival, Baška on the island of Krk offers its visitors who want outdoor sports programs as many as five attractive outdoor sports programs, from trail running, mountain biking, through hiking to rock climbing and ziplines, with special accommodation benefits.

Recreationalists and athletes looking for an active holiday, who will open this season at 4 Islands MTB Stage Race, B2B trail or festival Black Sheep, can once again enjoy Baska in five different programs organized by the Tourist Board of Baska, with partner Valamar Riviera hotels and a number of partners, organizers of sports events.

We will continue the tourist summer with a series of contents for fans of outdoor activities, for all ages and almost all weight categories in hiking, trail and mountain biking. This year's Outdoor Festival will include numerous sports and recreational activities, as well as accompanying events, from lectures, video projections to entertainment!
