1. If you came directly to the apartment, hand over to the landlord the personal documents of all guests for registration with the travel agency. The documents must and will be returned to you within 24 hours.

2. Towels and linen are included in the price and are changed every 7 days. The landlord is not required to clean the accommodation unit during your stay. During your stay in the apartment you maintain the order and cleanliness of the apartment. During the summer, we kindly ask you to take out the garbage from the accommodation unit daily.

3. The landlord does not claim any right to enter the rented apartment without prior notice and permission of the guest, or to touch or use the guest’s personal property. The landlord may enter the property without the presence of the guest only if he has a reasonable suspicion that the guest’s property or apartment is threatened by a certain danger, or when he reasonably suspects a violation of the house rules.

4. The landlord is not responsible for the guest’s property, but will do everything in his power to protect it and warn the guest of possible dangers. DO NOT CARRY ANY VALUABLES AND PERSONAL DOCUMENTS TO THE BEACH.

5. Pets are allowed in the apartment only with the permission of the renter – previously indicated during reservation of accommodation. Otherwise, the landlord and the agency have the right to refuse to rent you the reserved accommodation unit.

6. It is not allowed to enter electrical appliances in the accommodation unit for which you have not obtained the consent of the landlord. (eg electric grill, etc.)

7. Noise is one of the factors extremely important in the home order, especially during night rest from 23:00 to 8:00 (unless the landlord stated different time for day and night rest in his house). It appeals to appropriate adult behavior, but please also be aware of your child’s behavior when playing, since we all know how much children can be playful.

8. Please do not leave the air conditioner on when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the open windows.

9. Non-guests are not allowed overnight. If persons not registered with the agency (regardless of age) or not announced during the reservation are found, the renter and the agency have the right to cancel the accommodation for all guests. If you decide to go on a multi-day trip during your stay, please inform the Agency first.

10. A guest who intentionally or negligently causes a malfunction or damage to the property is obliged to pay the full amount of the damage. We ask the esteemed guests for responsible behavior in the accommodation units. For any damage that has not been reported upon departure, the compensation for the damage will be subsequently demanded from the guest through legal action.

11. Please leave the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure so that it is cleaned and ready for other guests who come after you and are also entitled to check in from 15.00.

12. If the guest does not adhere to the house rules and disturbs the peace, we will be forced to cancel his/her accommodation. In case of cancellation of accommodation due to violation of house rules, the entire amount of the reserved period will be charged, regardless of the shortened stay.

13. In case you cancel your booked stay early, you are obliged to pay the entire reservation amount.

14. When using the accommodation, it is considered that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and terms mentioned here. All objections or complaints that cannot be resolved internally with the host or agency will be resolved by the intervention of the police or the court in Krk.

The house rules have been drawn up according to special customs in the hospitality industry.
