We are announcing the seventh Baška Outdoor Festival, which offers the enjoyment of numerous outdoor adventures, more precisely in five attractive outdoor sports programs, from trail running, mountain biking, hiking to rock climbing and zipline, all with special accommodation benefits and numerous accompanying facilities! In its fifth edition, in 2019, the festival won the award for the best outdoor event according to the evaluation of the largest outdoor magazine in Croatia "People Outdoors" - the First Outdoor Oscar project and confirmed the status of the most visited off-season event on the island of Krk. Thanks to the natural beauties of the unique landscape of Baška, which are an ideal backdrop for various types of outdoor activities, all lovers of active and sporty lifestyle will find something for themselves in the rich three-day program of this year's Baška Outdoor Festival, organized by the Tourist Board. not Baška, in partnership with Valamar and organizers of sports events.
The program begins on Friday, October 15, with the Zip & Fly adventure organized in cooperation with Zipline Edison, where all adventurers will be able to try out a field trip on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (with prior notice) at a promotional price for BOF participants. by car, walk in nature and descend on cables longer than two kilometers! On Saturday, October 16, all visitors to the Baška Outdoor Festival are offered numerous challenges, and the biggest among them may be which activity to choose for yourself or the whole family. In the competition part for cyclists, Adria Bike took care of it, organizing the 5th edition of the now legendary Krk'n'Roll MTB Marathon (e-bike and mtb), with three tracks of different lengths, 60, 40 and 30 km, intended for women and men. .Trail lovers are also waiting for a treat, the 11th edition of the first Croatian trail race Krk'n'trail, a trekking competition organized by the Trekking League in three categories: 7, 14 and 24 kilometers. When we finish all outdoor activities and announce the winners of Krk ' n'traila and Krk'n'roll MTB Marathon, we will replace fatigue with socializing and fun in the already traditional place, in Porto Club Baška, the official After Race Zone of the Baška Outdoor Festival. Due to the great interest for climbing on natural rocks in the vicinity of Baška, we organized climbing on 2 (currently 4) climbing areas, Portafortuni on Saturday, 16.10. and the Belova stena climbing area on Sunday, October 17th. The Touch the Sky program is also adapted for beginners (from the age of 12), who will be taught climbing by the professional team of Anima Adventures.
