The attractive exhibition of the "Friends of the Sea" project is touring the squares and waterfronts of the Croatian Adriatic for the 11th year in a row.

During the summer of 2021, the exhibition will traditionally host the island of Krk to as many as 5 destinations: Krk, Njivice, Baška, Šilo and Malinska.

In Baška, along the Palada promenade, on June 25. - 09.07.2021. under the title of the exhibition Friends of the Sea: “Geometry” in 30 large formats to present a series

photographic records created in the ambience of sea lines and accompanying geometric forms related to sea contents that reflect a unique aesthetic atmosphere.

In cooperation with the Livingstone Association from Rijeka and Astoria, this exhibition of large-format outdoor photographs aims to draw the attention of domestic and foreign visitors to the role of tourist photography in media culture and to point out the social responsibility and value of promoting ecology and preserving the Adriatic Sea.

The works were selected by the expert team of the festival "Rovinj Photodays", and exhibitors: Petar Trinajstić, Ivo Pervan, Mario Romulić, Dražen Stojčić, Renco Kosinožić and Aleksandar Tomulić. Photographic excellence of selected authors is reflected in their understanding of artistic aesthetics.

Except in Baška, all lovers of art photography will be able to see this exhibition during the summer months in: the City of Krk (May 27 - June 11), Njivice (June 11 - 25), Šilo (July 9 - 23) and Malinska (July 23 - August 6).
